Quality sleep is a cornerstone of overall well-being, and the environment you sleep in makes a huge difference. The Soundcore by Anker sleep earbuds come equipped with features like noise cancellation, ambient soundscapes, automatic sleep tracking, and more — all engineered for a more restful night.
Review: I tested Soundcore’s new sleep headphones. Here’s who should buy them
ZDNET editor Nina Raemont shared that these earbuds surpassed her expectations, particularly when it came to battery performance. “The earbuds managed to last four nights (and one afternoon nap) on a single charge,” she noted in her review.

Doomscrolling and social media have taken over many of our daily lives. If you find yourself glued to your phone more than you’d like, the Brick can help you disconnect and cut down on screen time — replacing endless scrolling with more rewarding activities like reading, going for walks, journaling, picking up a hobby, and more.
Also: I bricked my iPhone to prevent doomscrolling — and accidentally fixed my life
The Brick leverages the same NFC technology used in contactless payments to selectively enable or disable specific apps. Tapping the Brick against your phone — known as “bricking” — blocks access to the apps you choose until you tap it again to “unbrick.” By adding this physical step before accessing your phone, you’re far less likely to grab it out of boredom and lose an hour to mindless scrolling.

The Renpho Eye Massager has become an absolute essential in my wellness routine: it combines compression, heat, and vibration to gently massage your eyes and temples, giving your head and eyes a much-needed break. Especially if, like me, you spend hours in front of a screen each day, using this eye massager after work feels like a total game changer.

It also plays soothing, relaxing music while massaging and warming your eyes (it’s so calming, I’ve actually dozed off while wearing it more than once). On top of that, you can connect the mask via Bluetooth to stream your own audio — like white noise, which can actually help ease migraine symptoms.

For anyone looking to make meditation a simpler, more accessible habit, the Sensate Relaxation Device is a fantastic starting point. Simply place it on your chest, right over the vagus nerve, and it delivers soft, soothing vibrations through your sternum to help your body ease into a state of relaxation.
There’s a companion app featuring soundscapes that are carefully synchronized with the device’s vibrations, and you can also log and track your sessions directly within the app.

While red light therapy has generated quite a bit of buzz in the wellness space — with some claiming it’s a universal remedy for skin issues and recovery — there is legitimate research suggesting measurable improvements in areas like acne, cognitive function, and chronic pain following consistent sessions.
This LifePro panel features 90 LEDs that combine 660nm red light with 850nm near-infrared light therapy across three distinct light modes. The longest session available runs up to 30 minutes, and it includes a built-in timer so you can customize your treatments.
Personally, I spend my entire day staring at screens — from my laptop to my phone to the TV — so simply exposing myself to a different light spectrum beyond blue light alone is enough to make me want to give this panel a try.

This year, Amazon moved its annual Prime Day sale up a bit, shifting it to June instead of the usual July timeframe. The official Prime Day sales event runs from June 23–26, though you can expect deals to appear both before and after the main event window as well.
